Saturday’s Epiphany is a collection of poems from early in my journey of self-discovery. The book depicts encounters some more humorous than others, with friends and loved ones during a time when war, sexuality, and friendships held different meanings. Women’s empowerment is also highlighted in that the premise is to elicit thought on our choice to be better towards one another.
